The Role reports to HR Director. Based in Varna.

Purpose of the Role:

  • A core driver for introducing a wholistic talent-acquisition and onboarding strategy with a sharp view on workforce segments, recruitment channels, assessment tools, and integrated communication instruments
  • Key Partner and Service Provider to HR Business Partner Roles in co-delivering the Functional HR Strategies
  • Culture Protagonist
  • Values Ambassador
  • The focal point of contact for HR Services Providers, managing long-term contractual frameworks and pricing

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepares annual recruitment plan, executes search and selection process for all roles in the organization
  • Participates in the preparation and coordination of onboarding plan per workforce segment and monitors implementation progress with functions and HR Business Partners
  • Leads the process of Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand creation, elaborating on 360 communication campaign
  • Owner of Social Media content, exploring and developing new communications channels
  • Leads the preparation of internal communication framework and detailed plans, including the organization of the company’s events and forums
  • Prepares and launches annual Engagement Survey and ad hock pulse surveys analyzes and shares the results and issues guidelines for managers

 

Knowledge, Experience & Education Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic recruitment team in a fast-paced growing organization, has gained maturity both in planned and ad-hock recruitment campaigns and occasions
  • Experience in supporting functions planning for major organizational changes or deployment of large-scale projects
  • Experience in delivering culture-changing programs and projects, incl. engagement tools and internal communication plans
  • In-depth knowledge of the process and best practices in the area of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition, Engagement and Pulse Surveys, Internal Communications and Change Management Initiatives, social media, Employee Social Policies & Programs
  • Possess significant knowledge in working with educational institutions and designing appealing University initiatives
  • Contemporary understanding of Digital Workplace: Collaboration Spaces, Internal social media, All Employees Forums, and events
  • Fluency in English
  • University Degree (The major does not matter to the extent human capital management and has been a core career for you)

The Role reports to HR Director. Based in Varna.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Establishes end-to-end rewards structure, policies and practices, ensuring HR Data accuracy and consistency
  • Owns HR Digital systems and solutions roadmap; ensures reliable reporting routines are place to track people cost
  • Key Partner to Managing Board and to HR Team in processing and interpreting reliable HR data and information
  • Focal point of contact for HR Administration Services Providers, managing long-term contractual frameworks and pricing

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages annual rewards cycle: from job offer preparation to team incentive scheme and individual recognition
  • Ensures compliance with legislation for all human resources activities
  • Develops, reviews and communicates C&B policies and ensures the right processes to support them
  • Prepares monthly HR Score Card and reporting packs as per functional reequipments, or ad-hock reports upon need
  • Supports projects related to organizational restructuring that impact HR processes
  • Remains aware of the market, seek feedback and input from stakeholders and use as opportunities to improve current or introduce new services and processes
  • Cooperates with other functions (i.e. Finance) to contribute innovation
  • Develops strong working relationships at all levels in the company
  • Cooperate with HR Business Partners to ensure one voice across organization and process and strategy alignment
  • Effective management of external services providers (payroll) and co-operation with public authorities and other stakeholder

 

Knowledge, Experience & Education Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Rewards, HR Reporting or Finance Reporting team in a fast-pace growing organization
  • Experience in organizing data and monthly and annual reporting
  • Possess significant knowledge in working with complex compensation schemes, including variable bonus
  • Deployment and utilization of human capital management system/s is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • University Degree (The major does not matter to the extent data and data analyses ans reporting has been a core career for you)
